We have received some feedback from buyers of the WAN Hoodie that not everyone likes the feeling of our French Terry backing. This same material is used on these sweatpants, so if you have concerns about the texture of fabric against your skin, we highly recommend looking closely at pictures 11 & 12 for close-ups of the fabric backing. Fabric texture is all about personal preference, so if you don't like the feeling of French Terry against your skin, stay tuned for future offerings that may align more with your preferences!
To receive my package I had to pay VAT 23% of all the parcel. That already included VAT 23%. So I paid VAT for the bloody VAT.
What more is there to say? They’re the best sweatpants I’ve ever put on
TL;DR: Good Product, would recommend.
Slightly Longer TL;DR: Lots of Space in the Pockets, a comfy fabric,
The Pants as actual Pants
There is'nt really that much to say about the fabric on my end except it is really comfy. The colors pop but are discret enough for you to not be a walking traffic light.
The pockets AKA the real selling point to me:
So, i am a big fan of big pockets since i tend to store way to many things in them. I also like beeing able to close my pockets because many of the things i store in there are either valuable or just annoying when they go missing. The Fabric on the Pockets is really strong and thick, which was an issue with my old Sweatpants which just had really weak fabric thatjust kept on ripping under the weight and strain of all the heavy and pointy/sharp things in my pockets. I have a lot of small multitools and a key in one of my pockets. they are all metal and move around quite a bit over the course of a day (or 3, since i dont care removing the items in my pockets that dont need charging between laundry) The Pockets are incredibly deep (i am theoretically able to fit a normal nintendo switch in there and, if i wasn't concerned with damaging the joysticks i could even fit my phone, a small wallet, a lighter and a foldable umbrella (i consider everything up to 30cm at least not annoying) in it in addition to the nintendo switch, and thats just one of the two big pockets).
In Addition to that there is a small Pocket on the back whos purpose i am not entirely sure of, but i use it for a small tinbox with fishermans friends and it never bothered me when sitting down and barely was any annoyance when laying down. Then theres the whaterproof pocket which i usually use for paper since my phone is already water resistant and i dont like putting something with the physical properties of my phone in it since i consider it to be a little bit unpleasant there (im not a big fan of having my phone in the backpocket).
Just the shere amount of things i can fit into these pockets is amazing. I actually started to put more and more things in it, now that i have the option to do so.
All in all a very convincing product. Like i always do, i bought two right out of the gate to never have to wear anything else if i like them, which happend to be the case. Since i bought them i just switched between the two pairs i have and never wore anything else.
Start off with saying I love these sweatpants! They are great for daily use. The zipper pockets are wonderful, it's nice to have the reassurance that my belongings will not fall out when I sit down and get up. The earbud pocket is well-sized for earbud cases and positioned in the right place to stay out of the way when sitting down. The Pockets have plenty of space to fit many things and more!
I have minor issues with the pants, it is difficult to unzip the vertical pockets with one hand, but that is just the nature of zippers on "baggy" frabics. Small fibers easily stick to the pants and are a pain to get off. Lastly my pants came with a small tear in the stitching of the left pocket (about the diameter of my thumb, ~2cm), but that hasn't stopped me from using the pants.
Overall great product, highly recommend them for someone wanting comfortable pants and wanting them to be useful!
