Sweat à capuche court-circuit

Literally best quality sweatpants I've ever had or seen for a price that is less than half of what "premium" sweatpants go for.
Can't wait for colder weather so I can give these bad boys some more use.
Very comfortable sweatpants. I loved wearing them, but I am terrible when it comes to sizing guides. I read a review for these that stated the wearer was 5'9" and that the Large waist, short length were perfect for them, so I thought I would go with that too. The waist was perfect as a size 36 my entire life, but the length was just an inch too short and rode up near my ankle bones when I put shoes on, leaving the space between my pants and shoes cold in the winter.
So after a hard decision I decided to get in contact with LTTstore's support, and they were very nice and were happy to take the sweatpants back and send a size that fit better (Large Waist, Mid-Length), and would take care of the shipping both ways for me (about $15 one way, so $30~ total), all I had to do was send in the original bag back to them.
This story took place several months ago so I am a little hazy on the exact time frame but I know I waited about a month or two before sending an email to support asking on an update. They informed me that in the original email they sent I needed to let them know when I sent the return in the mail so they could move forward with the next step, something I did not read or skimmed over. They were able to get the order pushed through so they could send me a replacement and all was good.
I live in the Midwest, USA so shipping isn't super expensive, nor does it take a long time.. but I waited about a month again for the new sized sweatpants to show up but nothing did. I eventually checked the DHL tracker (horrid company, most of this is their fault not LTTstore's) and it said my order had been canceled. I wrote another email to LTTstore support and they said they would contact DHL and get back to me. Turns out that DHL for some reason just canceled my order and did not send the sweatpants through, and they had just noticed it was sent back. This was about 3-4 months after I had tried to get in contact initially for a size change so by this point guess what? All the Large wait, Mid-Length Short Circuit Sweat Pants were now out of stock. Of course.
I was pretty peeved at this point, mostly at DHL, but also partially because I really loved these sweatpants, and though support warned me that I could send these back and by the time they received them their replacement size stock might be out, so then I would have the option of having them sent back in the original size, or getting a gift card for the total amount of the item, or waiting for a restock (which could be anytime).
So I decided on getting a Gift card with the code, which includes the sweatpants cost and cost of shipping included. Not all a bad deal considering the entire thing was a part of the holiday or black friday deal that combined the ShortCircuit Hoody with ShortCircuit Sweatpants, so it was buy two for the price of one. I am not a huge fan of the Hoody itself, it's a little too baggy, with the arms being a little tight, but man did I love those sweatpants. So comfortable to lay around in and go outside in winter with, kept me warm without being TOO warm or clingy.
All in all a tough experience, LTTstore support has done everything they can and they have reimbursed me for more than the overall cost of the order was worth, and took care of the shipping too.
I was going to give it a 3-star but I love the product, LTTstore support gave me more money than I have given them (though I have bought many other items, including the maybe overpriced LTTstore backpack) for this order, but I am mostly peeved that they have not restocked the size yet that I want. I was going to hold on to the gift card code until that point, but I have no idea if they will ever restock the shortcircuit sweatpants in large mid/length or long again. It has been out of stock for months now and I have been checking often, and have notifications set up.
So 4-stars it is, good product, good support, DHL sucks as a courier service (canceling my order for no given reason and forcing me to lose out on the replacement sweatpants because who knows where the one LTTstore was trying to send went). Let's just hope LTTstore actually restocks these because if they were a "get them while they're hot" item I will be pretty sad. I would love to buy another pair too. I do believe these sweatpants may be a little bit overpriced too, and their sizing guide is tough to gauge based on what I am reading from other reviews too. Another guy says he is 5'4" and the short length was too short for him, while I am 5'9" and the short length was just BARELY too short for me. Sadly, it seems like they were able to get things sorted for him, maybe he took the last Large/Mid-length size pants that I was trying to get, lol.
In the end I did not get the sweatpants, but I did get the cost reimbursed of the sweatpants, despite technically getting them in a set for free. So what can ya do.. hope LTTstore restocks the size I want.
I got both the WAN set and the Short Circuit set on the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sales where you got them both as a set for $90. At that price they are absolutely worth it. The feel is great and both the pants and hoodies seem very durable and are very comfortable, the elastic feels good and there is, as per usual for LTT, a lot of attention to detail. Every pocket being zippered might be a bit of a polarizing feature for some people but my answer is just to leave them unzipped most of the time and being able to close them is REALLY nice.
The color accenting on these isn’t as nice (in my opinion) as the WAN pants. I imagine it was a color bleed problem but I would like it if the drawstring was the accent color (like in the WAN pants) and personally I think the ascent should be a darker blue, like the inside of the hoodie but those are minimal gripes and design choices.
At the price I paid, this is a five-star product, I do have to disagree with their sizing chart however. I know I could have actually measured my inseam but at 5'4” and having been generally considered a short person my entire life, I was incredibly surprised to find that the short length pants were very much too short. It did take customer service a little while to get this issue resolved but that was also during the holidays and I completely understand. In the end the issue was resolved I got replacement pants in both sets with no problems. While I understand the quality and materials involved does likely completely merit the cost, at full price I don't think this is a product that I would buy. If you can catch it on sale then I think it's worth it.
Like Linus always says there's no such thing as a bad product just a bad price; this is a phenomenal product with a little bit too high of a price. Between that and the sizing oddities that's where my four stars come from.
I had an issue that was resolved swiftly. Customer supporst is simply on the next level for LTT store. Thank you for your good work LTT team!
Comfortable and easy to wear with a lot of pockets and zippers :) I love them! Should have ordered more as shipping to UK is expensive.
They're super comfortable for movie nights and just going around the house. I love the fact that all the pockets have zippers, so no more random phone drops.
