Description

I could not be more pleased with this hoodie! Hopefully the crew will make larger versions for big dogs and then the whole family can match!
I got this for my aging Chihuahua who’s cold all the time and it looks SO cool on him! He’s worn sweaters before, but he looks like a different, younger dog in this one. High quality, thick materials and perfect stitching and details. I got Large and it fits him perfectly… like a little too perfectly because it’s very hard to get it on him and I think that as soon as I need to wash it it’s going to be too small. I plan on ordering him an XL and giving the Large to my smaller dog. But she’ll only be able to wear it during the winter because she’s very furry so never very cold. I don’t even mind, still so happy I got it. Highly recommended. I’m a terrible photographer, but here’s a few anyway.
I've ordered this twice. Got the X-L for a medium-small bully thinking it would suffice. It barely fit the bully's toy poodle friend. So ordered another, the biggest one available XX-L I think. It barely fit the bully, and we suspect after first wash it won't fit her again lol. As usual, the product quality is unmatched, expect no less from LTT, but just annoying that every size is so tiny.
The materials are high quality as well as the stitching. It looks so good and my dog loves it. Only issue is that it is difficult to get on and off; a zipper would vastly improve that issue. Overall very satisficed.
TLDR I have a small cat (kitten-ish size, but he is 11 years old) and the small size fits perfectly. Hoodie fulfills a unique problem I have with my cat. Difficult to put on and Lou doesn’t like it on him. But overall, really satisfied with the product because me maintain his safety. Plus, it's cute.
Lou is a small 11-year-old tabby cat (see attached photos for reference). I bought the small size wag hoodie for him, and it fits him well. It is neither too tight nor too loose (I can insert my hand in when he has it on), but it is secure enough to stay on.
To provide some context for my purchase, my cat Lou is timid and can become skittish in new environments. During these situations, he often hides in dangerous spots. Lou is also difficult to catch or locate when he escapes because he is fast and looks like a common tabby. So, the problems I wanted to solve with this hoodie are: 1) to help him safely acclimatize to new environments and 2) to make it easier to catch/find him when he is lost.
This hoodie helps Lou acclimatize to new environments by limiting and slowing his movements. When he wears it, he does the ‘low walk’ that cats do when they wear clothes. This mostly prevents him from getting into unsafe places or from quickly escaping out the door.
This hoodie solves 2) by making him easier to physically catch since you can grab onto the hoodie. Furthermore, the orange visibility of the vest makes it easier to see in dark spots and allows him to be easily identifiable (he is a basic tabby besides his small size). Lastly, while I’ve tried other harnesses/leaches and they have worked, the Wag hoodie wins out just on the fact that it has a pouch so I can put his tag + airtag in it. (He doesn’t allow collar tags without it being too tight because he knows how to take it off otherwise).
My one complaint with this hoodie is that there is no option for a zip-up hoodie. It is difficult to put on the hoodie since Lou doesn’t like clothes on him. However, there seems to be some technique involved that could allow one to be fast/efficient - but I was not able to do this reliably.
In conclusion, if you for some reason in my unique scenario I highly recommend this hoodie. Otherwise, for a cat, it seems mostly good for a few photos before they hate you for putting it on them.
