Base: 3.5mm Non-slip eco-friendly natural rubber base
Edge: Anti-fray stitching

Care instructions: We recommend spot-cleaning our desk pads with a damp cloth and a mild soap/detergent (if needed). If the desk pad is especially dirty, machine-wash cold on the delicate cycle, and hang to dry (make sure the cloth surface is facing up if draped over a rack or something similar).

A really nice desk pad!

Who hasn't had a few desk or mouse pads by now? You start to get a feel for what you prefer. This one delivered! Well, once it GOT delivered. Mine shipped a bit slow even though it was in stock. But I do note that there was severe weather effecting all shipping in the areas my parcel traversed at the time. The pas itself arrived well packed, safe and ready to use. Rolled out and laid perfectly even at the corners, right away. Soft and comfy for your wrist and your favorite mouses sensitive under-bits. Shouts mouse-butt gentle folks! Its visually very pretty and just managed to beat out a competitors that I was strongly considering. I feel after about a month, that I am indeed fully satisfied with the quality and the looks. Even my cat loves to lay on it. 10 out of 10 LTT store! But I guess you should expect that.... unlike this message..... from our sponsor:

Do not recommend. Item was never sent or received and PayPal had to intervene and refund my money.

Good product terrible shipping

Great product with wonderful quality. Better than I could've hoped. Now the downside. I ordered Jan 30th and didn't receive until Feb 26th. Which would have been fine if it was backordered or wasn't stated that shipping should be 3-9 business days. When I contacted customer support after the estimated delivery window and the item not even having been shipped yet, I was notified they knew of an ongoing shipping issue from their US warehouse and that the worst they seen was 22 days. Well I beat that record with 25. Very disappointed with that as customer support stated it was a know issue but there wasn't any mention of it before purchase. It would have been nice to be offered some sort of compensation or discount on a future purchase for the issue, but it is what it is. At least I finally got the deskpad and it exceeded all expectations. Unfortunately though, I think after this shipping debacle I may rethink ordering more items in the future. R.I.P Screwdriver dreams. 3 stars, would be 5 if customer service handled things differently.
