It feels great, the ratchet is really nice, the 12-bit storage is super useful, but opening the bit storage is pretty awkward. I was expecting it to open super smoothly and easily, but I actually have to dig my fingers into the grooves pretty hard to get it open, which hurts a bit if I do it a few times in a row. How often do you do that? Not too often, so 4 stars is still reasonable, but it's definitely not as comfortable and satisfying to use as I'd hoped

I pre-ordered the original black shaft screwdriver and it was flawless and works wonderfully, this mystery one is a nice and fun take on different colour way, however I've had some problems. I'm not sure since my sample size is only 3, but it seems that the quality has dropped off significantly, still good, but not phenomenal anymore. My foray mystery screwdriver had a defect in the bit storage, and my replacement seems to have a defect with the ratchet. The ratchet often skips and jams. Sometimes it just opens and turns freely, not allowing me to use the driver handle just the knurling.

In conclusion, if you are able to get one that isn't defective (33% chance in my case) it works amazingly and is easily the go to daily .... driver....

A Really Nice Tool! Works very much as advertised, an enthusiasts take of an established tool.

I was really excited to try the LTT Screwdriver, but unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

First, the tool itself doesn’t function as advertised. The ratchet mechanism only works if you twist it extremely tight in either direction—otherwise, it just won’t engage. This makes it unreliable and far less useful than expected from such a highly rated product.

On top of that, customer support was horrendous. When I asked why my order hadn’t even shipped, I was told there was a “shipping delay,” but that didn’t explain why it was still sitting in the warehouse. None of my follow-up questions were ever answered—like how long the delay would be, or why it hadn’t left their facility. Eventually, my order had to be reprocessed before it finally arrived.

Overall, the product doesn’t work properly and the support team was unhelpful at best, evasive at worst. For the price point and hype, I expected so much better. Contacting customer support for a repair or replacement is just a worthless and frustrating venture.

For a company that rates other companies based on their support, customer service, and products, I feel this rating is much deserved.
