  2. Used - Like New: Gently used backpacks with minor cosmetic wear and no functional issues or missing parts. Shipped without a cardboard overbox.
  3. Used - A Grade: Used backpacks that have moderate cosmetic wear, but have no functional issues or missing parts. Shipped without a cardboard overbox.

Great backpack, even better at the reduced price

I ordered this listed as "A Grade," and I'm really impressed with the condition. It's essentially like new.
It's an excellent bag with lots of pockets, zippers, and well-thought-out compartments for all your daily essentials. The design makes it easy to find everything again, though it might take a while to remember where every spot is located.
The materials feel really sturdy and well-made throughout. I particularly appreciate the thoughtful touches like the soft cloth lining in the glasses compartment that protects your lenses, and the well-hidden passport/wallet pocket on the back that includes NFC-blocking material for security. These specialized features show real attention to detail.
The size does have one small downside: how it looks when you're wearing it. My girlfriend described it perfectly: "It's like how first-year secondary school students look when they stuff their way-too-big backpacks to the brim."
Overall, getting this quality at the open-box price point makes it an even better value.

Like new means like new

I haven't been able to put this through it's paces yet, but I ordered the Used-Like New option and honestly it just seemed like it was new to me. So my review won't tell you whether it's a good bag, but I can certainly say if LTT marks something "like new" you can trust they mean it.

Amazing bag

Very happy with this bag! I purchased the most inexpensive option and still received a nearly flawless product. The quality and organization of this bag is better than any other bag I’ve owned. Open-Box Review

I purchased an open box sample of the LTT Backpack. I purchased the “lightly used” and it was exactly as expected. I appreciate the quality of the product I received and the discounted rate allowed me to purchase the backpack for what I was willing to pay for such a commodity. I will say, the zipper did require some zipper lube (which honestly tells me how much it wasn’t used for being “pre-owned”). If I was grading in corporate terms, it would be a 4/5 (exceeds expectations) but bonus point for re-selling back packs that were returned due to bottom lining layering not being thick enough for some purchasers.
