I can't believe that it was open box

I bought the Grade A and i cannot believe that it was open box. It seemed brand new, and insanely good quality.
I love how big it is, and the only thing I would change is having a water bottle holder on the outside.

Large but versatile and quality built

I had second thoughts on whether I should get the smaller commuter backpack or the full size original. Ended up getting the large variant and am very glad I did.

I travel around constantly being a field tech and have been able to fit every adapter and cord I need in this bag without issue. It is definitely a large bag and isn’t for everyone, but it can fit a substantial amount of items with the amount of space and differently sized pockets it has.

Overall, despite the higher price it’s worth it to have the build quality and tech-focused storage/design that helps in carrying a large amount of items both big and small. Highly recommend after having this bag for about 1.5 months.

Good for the price

I would have never of bought the backpack for 250 but for what you get for this price 140 it is a steal. I am thinking of it as a $140 backpack.

As someone who is young and working for companies for the summer I always need space for my many hobbies and this backpack is plentiful. I have still not found a way of properly cleaning it but that time will come soon as I like taking care of my products. Especially when they are expensive.

My big gripe is that they did not come with the replacement carabiners. Apart form that the detachable luggage belt seems to be a tight fit in the passport holder, were it looks like it gose.
It is also a bit front heavy, but that us only an issue when my backpack is empty. My AirTag has also fallen at time, to the point were I added some rubber in the hidden airtag pocket to make it more secure.

In the front pocket there is this mesh were you can put some items, I have decided that is were I am putting my pins. My glasses also sometimes get stuck under the zipper sometimes in the glasses pocket.

Just things I have noticed (not graded in review)

The little opening in the side pocket is really nice when I have my battery back in, but I could see it being an issue for bigger and blockier banks.

LLT you've done it again

I was skeptical about buying an open-box product, as anyone would be, but they could've shipped me a brand new one and I wouldn't even tell the difference. I purchased a Like-New version and the quality is outstanding, and I searched for even any scuffs, scratches, creases even. Nothing! That just goes to show the care LTT has for their customers and the products they put out. I have been a repeat customer for years and it's because LTT truly cares about the customer experience more than any other brand. People may not like their prices, but it is far and away worth it for the reassurance that you are getting something worthwhile.
