While my original LTT Screwdriver has gotten many, many hours of use, whether that be on my truck, cars, and even its intended use on computers, and around the house, I was excited to be able to buy a purple one for my girlfriend and a new (blue) one for myself. They arrived, they were great, until the magnet of the magnetic bit on my blue one came out of its bit and was magnetized into the screwdriver shaft. Obviously just a small manufacturing issue, nothing too crazy especially with a new product. Yet, despite how simple it seems, Billy (the CS rep who responded to my call for help) not only tried blaming their manufacturing bug on me, but lied about providing me troubleshooting steps to get the magnet out after.

I have tools from across multiple brands, Benchmade, Snap-on, Wera, Mac, Kobalt, whatever. I have NEVER been told in a support email that a CS rep has provided troubleshooting details when in fact there were none, or had them double down on blaming their manufacturing issue on me.

Only when I pushed back as a "okay wtf, maybe he's not understanding?" did Billy grAcIoUslY make a one-time exception, and I ended up being sent an orange prismatic screwdriver to replace my broken blue one, even after I said I was willing to wait for them to come back in stock. He made no mention of me being able to send the broken unit back to LTT either.

TLDR: Great new iteration on the classic LTT Screwdriver, but holy moly, LTT CS might be one of the worst CS I've ever dealt with, so if anything is wrong with it, it's your fault, not theirs.

Initially I was shipped a color other than what I ordered (mixups happen, so no real trouble there) and it was handled swiftly and confidently by customer service. And the screwdriver is the best one I’ve ever used (this was actually my second one because I love my first one so much). Can’t really ask for anything more, thanks LTTeam!

This truly has come in handy more times than I can think. At my work the tools are all over the place, or have gone missing. So when I have need of this it truly comes in so handy. I love the ease of starting screws and the storage has pretty much all the items I need! Of course colour-wise I am happy to have gotten it, it is so pretty! Just wish I had the money to order the other colourway's so I could collect them all...also for colour coding and keeping them in specific places for specific uses. Thank you either way for such an amazing product!

I ordered the black screwdriver a few weeks before a big trip hoping I’d have it for all the cool tech I’d find in Tokyo. However it arrived to late and I had to use my old crappy one. Shipping dept refunded my fees, but I still would rather have had it on time.
