Description
When life gives you the shaft (or 3 tonnes of shafts)…make a pen! Built from repurposed screwdriver shafts, the Scribedriver is the intersection of sustainability and a premium writing experience.
With an laser-engraved logo and discreet detailing, no attention to detail was spared in creating this precision performance pen.
Smooth bolt action provides a satisfying feel and easy activation
Our spring-loaded bolt action allows this elegant pen to double as the perfect fidget toy that you can sneak into even the stuffiest meetings.
Built with repurposed LTT screwdriver shafts from our original launch run, you can expect the same premium quality as our tools
In the spirit of sustainability, we machined down screwdriver shafts we couldn’t use and turned them into a writing tool with a high quality feel and finish.
Comfortable and grippy knurling
Our knurled finish at the pen’s grip point provides a perpetually comfortable writing experience while outlasting any standard gel or foam-based pen grip. This is a softer knurling than the LTT screwdriver to allow for extended use and comfort.
Compatible with Parker G2 refills
Prefer a certain writing feel? Pair your scribedriver with your favorite Parker G2 refill! Otherwise, it comes shipped with a Schmidt EasyFlow 9000 medium (black) cartridge.

Scribedriver Mechanical Pencil

Drawn with the Scribedriver Bolt Action Pen and Mechanical Pencil
This pen is definitely expensive for the average person. But I own several Rotrings so seeing 30$ for a pen is not the biggest shock.
Pen is definitely on the heavier side so I wouldn't recommend it for those who prefer lighter pens/pencils.
The default cartridge is prone to bursting out small bits of ink when you begin writing so be aware of that. It actually happened while I was drawing and left a giant mole on Linus' face that I had to sand off. However this seems to be an issue with the cartridge itself and LTT doesn't make them so I won't dock a star.
Overall this pen is very cool and I highly recommend it for everyday use.
I have a few of these pens for myself and others as gifts. Pretty pricy, but the construction and mechanism is nice, it's thin/portable for quick notes, and it takes standard parker g2 cartridges. The ink it comes with is a bit easy smudging on generic papers so probably would need changing if you were left-handed. I'm putting uni sxr-600-05 refills in them, but that's another $10 CAD to the total price when the experience is already okay, but I want it to be better to match the rest of the pen. There's better value options with more bulky/ergonomic features, but this fills a workplace niche I need pretty good.
Very well made and feels really authentic
Writes comfortably and its great to be able to replace the ink canister
The knurling is something to get used to, but makes it very special, given the history of the product
Thank you
