I use it every day. Durable + convenient. The blade is very easily replaceable.
Very nice and versatile tool at a fair price.
I can understand that there's a long distance to cover between the factories and actually delivering the product, but this is ridiculous. The knife I just received has been weathered heavily by transit and every inch of metal exposed to the surface is now scratched or dulled. I could accept this for the low cost, but the deal breaker for me is that the box of razor blades came OPENED AND LOOSE. Digging in a tiny box with three sharp and willing razor blades isn't a good customer experience.
If you expect a miracle knife, you'll be disappointed. It's a utility knife. Like a Stanley 99E, it's functional and holds the blade securely. Unlike the Stanley, it's heavier, the handle is narrower and textured, you can fold it to make it less bulky in your pocket, and the blade replacement is much easier. The Stanley is cheaper-a lot cheaper. But you'll go through two or three of them before the JerryRig needs replacement. The two advantages the Stanley does have are being able to store blades in the handle, and you can adjust the blade length (which helps when cutting thin material). I'll ding the JerryRig for chips in the paint straight out of the box, and the blades could be better (use Stanley blades and you'll be happier). I'm happy I got it, and it's in my bag along with my multitool and flashlight. Just buy the thing, will you?
P.S. I did buy mine from JerryRig directly because I didn't want to wait. Sorry, Linus
