Description
Three years. Countless revisions. All in the pursuit of letting you see inside the ultimate ratcheting screwdriver, without sacrificing any performance.
This is your front-row seat to everything we obsessed over: the smooth and satisfying ratchet mechanism, the tight tolerances, and the convenient bit storage that’s made it a favorite in thousands of toolkits.
Ultra-satisfying ratchet feel & sound
Optimized for smoothness and the most satisfying feel and sound, tightening every screw is a moment in itself. We don’t blame you if you find excuses to use it!
Optimized back-force
We’ve also fine-tuned our ratchet to have an extremely light back-force. This allows for improved control, reduced fatigue, and the ability to ratchet-drive even the smallest screws.
Convenient internal bit storage
Designed in partnership with Megapro, the handle features on-the-go storage for up to twelve 20mm bits or six longer bits up to 42mm. It satisfyingly opens and securely closes using a spring-loaded mechanism.
Included with the screwdriver are 12 rust resistant bits - PH0, PH1, PH2, H2, H2.5, H4, SL2, SL4, SL6, SQ1, SQ2, and a super strong 5x5 magnet bit we call “the screw retriever”.
Secure magnetic bit retention
Never lose a bit again. Built in the shaft is a 5.4 newton pull-force broach magnet which ensures your bits stay in place during your entire project.
Fine-tuned ergonomics for comfort and ease-of-use
Our three-lobed handle design naturally follows the shape of your hand for maximum comfort during long sessions.
An intricate diamond-cut knurling on the shaft also allows you to have precision control over the ratchet, no matter how you hold it.

Meet the
Transparent Screwdriver

Our vision was clear, the process was not.

Slide to reveal
Who knew making a fully transparent ratcheting screwdriver was such a difficult task? No wonder nobody’s done it before.
But we knew we had to do it.
Not only do you get a front row seat to our legendary ratcheting mechanism and bit storage in action...
...it also looks freaking cool.

It looks great but has issues
1) If the ratchet direction selector isn’t turned all the way to either side (which happens a lot during normal use), then the ratchet tends to get caught, becomes hard to turn and almost seems like it’s breaking. I have to constantly remember to crank the selector to the very ends for it to work properly. I don’t know if the other colours perform this way, but if this is the ratchet you’ve perfected in 3+3 years then it’s not a good look.
2) The magnetic bit broke instantly. The bits in general after first use lose their colour. Why are the bits even coloured just keep them silver?
3) Maybe it’s just my screwdriver but I had a lot of slop in the actual shaft.
I know molding this screwdriver was difficult however the transparency shows how many lines and molding scars the screwdriver went through. I don’t mind this but if this bothers you don’t get this colour way.
I also have this feeling whenever I use it that I’m breaking it and that it won’t ever feel the same the more I use it.
I’m glad I bought this screwdriver as it’s the first ever tool I’ve bought myself, but I sometimes regret getting this colour and paying this much for a screwdriver.
Absolutely beautiful
Wish the black shaft would come back (with a disclaimer that it will patina over time of course)
I had a regular ltt screwdriver that I broke the shaft one. It was not a ltt issue but a me issue i was using it to pry something because it was at hand and a pry bar wasn't (my friend locked a door in his house that he had no key for sonic was like well if I pry this piece off I can get to the mechanism open the door for you but you'll need new knob... well it worked but my screwdriver suffered lol )
All in all would recommend just again would look even better with a black shaft
Owned one LTT screwdriver and liked it so much I bought a second. The transparent one is the nicest looking and best using screwdriver I've ever owned. Also at the same price as the other one it's a no brainer if you're looking to buy one.
I'm a big fan of well thought-out quality tools and the screwdriver continues to deliver. This is my fifth LTT screwdriver. I use one daily at work on various hardware, power supplies, connectors, etc and it keeps working. Three others I have filled with SAE hex, metric hex, and Torx. I love the fine ratchet, the different-than-usual direction of the selector, and the bit storage. I don't usually have an issue finding the bit I need quickly, but the transparent version makes it even quicker and more efficient. I wanted this one as the home screwdriver but I might just switch it with my daily use one due to the added usefulness!
I've even used my OG screwdriver as a light hammer on occasion (I really don't baby my tools) and I hope/expect this plastic holds up the same!
As flawless as the original, loving it!
