I really considered a 4 star for this one, but the Creator Wearhouse team earned that 5th star. I've wanted an ltt backpack since they launched, but never could justify spending that much for a backpack. Now however I spend half my year flying all over the US every week, and all but live out of backpack for that period of the year so I decided it was finally time. I was very excited to order it, and more excited that it was the new and in my opinion better design. When I arrived I was ecstatic, until I started examining it in person for the first time. I found that the fabric along one of the zippers was torn nearly the length of the zipper, and I'm not going to lie, that kinda hurt. I was so excited and now here I am with a bad product. However, the story doesn't end there. I reached out to support and within 6 hours they had not only responded to me, but also given me multiple options to choose from in order to make it right. Both options in my opinion were perfectly acceptable and definitely made up for the faulty product. Now onto the product. It's a big bag, so if you don't like them big then this isn't the bag for you. However if you do like them big, then buy this one. I can fit in one go my xbox series x, Nintendo switch, laptop, 2 phone chargers, 3 Xbox controllers, gaming headset and doc, sunglasses, 2 changes of clothes, 1 pair of pajamas, 1 large ltt water bottle, and a few other odds and ends. You can stuff it full to bursting and it will still ride comfortably on your back (the chest strap is a big plus here). I don't like backpacks too much because they're never very comfortable, but oh boy this one is, and the perforated material allows it to breathe really well so your back doesn't get too sweaty either. Overall it's a really great bag, and the "trust me bro" guarantee really does work.

I have all three backpacks, the original, the commuter, and now the WAN backpack.

The commuter is perfect size for my running back-and-forth to work, holds everything I need.

The original I use for some tech but mostly for hotel stays / overnighters at friends.

The WAN backpack, to me seems very slightly larger and more rigid. Maybe because it has a dual bottom layer. Either way, it’s exactly what I thought it would be., and it’s gonna be used to hold all of my Tech, laptop, GoPro, tool kits multimeter, and accessories.

My wife thinks I have a problem LOL

I have three backpacks that I use, she has a closet full of purses 😉

It’s a solid backpack if you need to haul some items.
