Description
The ultimate companion for travel, work, and everyday adventures - ready to handle even your most demanding tech loadouts, with room for everything you need (and then some). Featuring bold orange accents, a WAN Show logo, and custom hex-stitched detailing, the WAN Backpack brings the same functionality as the original LTT backpack with a bit more personality.
Equipped our updated titanium carabiner pulls and bonded dual-layer bottom panel.
Room for all your tech
The tech compartment can fit two laptops, features a raised microsuede-lined tablet sleeve and a spot for your handheld gaming device, and includes dedicated pockets for chargers, cables, or accessories. It extends out to give you full access to your devices in seconds, saving you time every day.
Access everything faster
22 carefully designed pockets and sleeves keep your tech, accessories, and essentials organized. We did the thinking, so you don’t have to.
Carry more, stress less
Haul it all with a massive 35L external volume. The large storage compartment we call “the bag of holding” is built to fit and organize your day-to-day essentials and features a dedicated sleeve for your water bottle.
Secure what matters most
Hidden behind the back padding is a stealthy RFID-blocking pocket to secure valuables like your passport or cash. Plus, a hidden AirTag pocket within the main storage compartment keeps tracking discreet and secure.
Travel ready
It’s built to meet carry-on specs for most airlines, fitting under most airplane seats (we recommend checking with your carrier before flying). Easy-access laptop pockets simplify security checks, and the removable luggage strap secures it to your suitcase for additional convenience.
Built to last
Overengineered to last for years, not just seasons. Triple-stitched straps, reinforced seams, and a triple-rivet top handle ensures next-level longevity. It’s also built with a durable, water-resistant Repreve canvas and water-resistant YKK zippers.
Note for backpack owners who purchased prior to October 27th, 2023: There is a known issue that may cause previously sold backpacks' zipper pulls to be more fragile than intended. For information, see here.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usual and customary life of the LTT Backpack. The manner in which the LTT Backpack is used directly impacts the usual and customary life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts (such as zippers) will also wear.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
- damage caused by rips, cuts or tears;
- normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time);
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers;
- cosmetic damage; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
UPDATE DEC 9 2023: Virtual Double-layer Clause
Originally, our messaging around the backpack claimed an advertised feature of a "dual-layer bottom panel." On December 1, 2023, it was discovered that the production version of this Backpack did not include the dual-layer bottom panel. As such, we have added an additional point of coverage for bags which feature only one layer of material on the bottom panel. In the event that this single-layer bottom panel wears through under normal use, lttstore.com will provide a replacement Backpack upon return of the damaged unit. This clause does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence;
- intentional damage;
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser of the LTT Backpack from LTTStore.com or provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

I'd suggest to review the design for the passport pouch. The zipper of the passport is too small and it can stick too deep to the top of the sleeve when closing. In this case, I cannot reach the zipper to pull it down and the pounch is not able to open anymore... Please addsome kind of a stopper to prevent the zipper from going too deep, otherwise, if a passport is locked inside while travelling, it is extreamly frustrating. Also if would be a gread addition to add a waist strap to offload weight (since it is a chunky and could be heavy) Other than this problem, I found the backpack to be very functional and high quality. I'd recommend thebackpack to anyone who traves light. It is probabably one of the best material I've seen in all my backpacks.
Sturdy and practical. Good design and QoL features. AirTag spot is kind of obvious? The other version hides it better.
Been a Linus Tech Tips fan for over 7 years now and I finally pulled the trigger to purchase the WAN backpack during the lime sale.
1. Build Quality 4.5/5
The build quality is outstanding, a lot of thought has been put into this backpack and clearly justify its price tag considering this is competing in more high end backpacks. Water resistance is great and managed to keep all of my electronics and school notes dry. The reason I am docking half a mark on the build quality is the backpack structure. Only a few days of casual usage (Never went over capacity) the backpack started to sag forward. I do expect the backpack to maintain its shape for at least a few months. I did notice that the packing material inside (bag of air) has deflated which probably reduce its structure. Currently I may be concerned on the orange hexagon stitching to wear off quickly.
2. Design 5/5
To put it simply, I love the orange colour and the design. It has a less professional look than the LTT backpack and I don't mind it! If you are not a fan of it, then stick with the OG backpack instead.
3. Organization and Reach-ability 4/5
Lots of organization slots (not too concerned about it). My main concern is reach-ability. You seriously need to open the zippers all the way to grab the contents inside. I noticed that the materials used isn't as stretchy so grabbing small and large items can be annoying. Additionally, the Airtag pocket has to be longer. Certain occasions where I had to remove my water bottle and having the Airtag falling off is really annoying. Lastly, I do wish there is a dedicated key holder similar to the commuter backpack.
Overall 4.5/5 backpack. I will be using this for a really long time! This backpack is mostly aimed towards professional work (electricians, IT, and other occupations carrying a lot of items), supporters, and travellers.
Backpack is large and will fit all the gear. Looking forward to next trip to put it to use.
I own both the original LTT Backpack and the new WAN Edition, and while they’re marketed as being identical aside from the colorway, there’s a noticeable and disappointing difference in the laptop compartment.
On the original, the laptop section is snug, structured, and easy to use even when the bag is fully packed. On the WAN Edition, the internal pockets feel looser and less structured, and items often catch or snag when inserting or removing them. I now have to fully unzip the compartment just to get my laptop or handheld in or out—something I never had to do before.
When I contacted support, I was told the materials and internal layout are slightly different and that my feedback would be passed along to the product team. While I appreciate that, it doesn’t really address the issue—especially for a product that costs the same and is expected to offer the same experience.
I bought the WAN Edition as a replacement after my original was damaged during travel. I was genuinely excited to replace my damaged bag with what I thought was the same great design in a new color. Instead, I received something that feels like a step backward in day-to-day usability.
I hope this feedback truly does help improve future iterations—but for now, just know the WAN Edition isn’t quite what it’s made out to be.
