Working great on 7950X3D

Originally was using Kryonaut from Thermal Grizzly, which in R23 long tests would max around 80F.

After allowing to cure for a few days, now sitting at about 75F when doing the same test.

Was easy to put on after leaving in the fridge for a few hours.

I also still have plenty left over, only took a bit less than a quarter of the pad.

Would highly recommend!

Can’t Recommend Enough

I purchased a RTX 3080ti FE and replaced the stock memory thermal pads to address the extremely hot temperatures they run at under load (+95 degrees C). Unfortunately, using Noctua NT-H1 for the GPU I experienced major pump out issues and within a week I had hotspot temperatures with a >20 degree delta under load (re-pasted multiple times). I was going to swap to Kryonaut and deal with the thermal paste drying out but then discovered that LTT sold this thermal pad. Now, after using PTM7950 hotspot temps never exceed >10 degrees delta. After a month of running the temperatures haven’t increased since application. For a TIM for GPUs I can’t recommend this product enough (worth the price IMO).

Improved temps but wouldn't blanket recommend

I got this for my AMD Ryzen 7950X3D where I was having some idle temperature issues. Instructions could be improved, by making it clear that you have put it in the fridge first instead of only having a video. It was a bit difficult to separate the film from the pad. Overall, it did drop my temperatures a few degrees (~6­°C) but I wouldn't recommend unless you have a higher temp system or are looking to experiment.

Impossible to work with and bunches up.

Using Thermal Grizzly - KryoSheet (38x38x0,2mm) and Thermal Grizzly - CPU Contact Frame Intel 13th & 14th Generation instead. Works fantastically.

Better than thermal paste for GPU

I bought this to repaste my GPU. The thermal paste I used before was all pumped out after a couple of months letting temps go very high. This thermal pad seems to deliver, it's been a few weeks and temps are great so far.
