Like a lot of others had mentioned in their reviews, this case is not particularly deep! I use this case for a ThinkPad X1 Yoga, which it is perfectly fine for, but it's the accessories I carry - that's the real challenge!

I did sign up for the challenge though, I have a lot of travel in my future for work, and want to regulate how much I carry when I'm between hotels and offices - I want to relegate my backpack to just camera carrying duties when I'm not working!

But I didn't want to compromise my tech load out - I want a powerful multi-outlet charger, I want a 20,000mah battery with enough current to charge the laptop while in use, I want to carry a portable monitor, a mouse, cables for charging everything, (inc my watch, headset) and a USB TB4 hub.

So, I bought tech to fit the limitations to the case - Baseus makes slim power products, that works brilliantly in the case, and everything else has been purchased with the aim not to add bulk - every accessory had to be max 20mm thick. and it works!

The case is seemingly very well padded to protect everything, I pack the portable monitor and the laptop, flat sides toward each other, and trust that the padding between them will keep them completely safe in normal use. And so far, after daily use for just over a month, all great! Until... the buckle on the shoulder strap broke :(

It was an accident on my part, the strap buckle snapped at the base, but only I tripped and kicked the strap, sending the back down four steps onto concrete. BUT HEY, everything else in the packed out bag survived unscathed, and I really couldn't ask for more.

All-in-all, I'm happy about the bag's construction, and definitely happy with the protective design!

I was excited to purchase this bag from LTT, because I've been happy with their merchandise in the past. While the bag is of a very high quality, there are some design decisions that I can not understand.

The bag is incredibly well-made and feels even better than its price suggests. However, there are two main issues that stood out to me. Firstly, the bag is quite narrow, which limits its usability despite having numerous pockets and compartments. This design makes it challenging to fit everyday essentials comfortably. A wider bag would have made better use of these features and accommodated items like chargers more easily.

Secondly, the handle's placement is somewhat inconvenient. I prefer using a handle over a strap, but with this bag, it feels awkward to do so. The handle is positioned on the side and can't be pulled up comfortably. While I understand the design rationale, there are alternative ways that could have made the handle more functional.

Despite these drawbacks, the bag is still a high-quality product. It just seems like there was a missed opportunity in optimizing the width for better usability and improving the handle's ergonomics. If you're looking for a very compact bag and don't mind its limitations, this might be a good fit. However, if you need more space or prefer a more functional handle, you might want to explore other options.

The offsite laptop bag is small, easy to carry, and perfect for smaller laptops (13 inches or less). It offers plenty of pockets and storage options, allowing you to bring everything you need. My only real complaint is that it could benefit from an expandable zipper to provide a bit more space when the pockets are full. For example, if you pack both a full charger and a wireless mouse in the internal pockets, it can be difficult to close the bag. Overall, it is well-made and includes many features that other commuter-style bags lack. I would give it a solid 4 out of 5 stars. Just remember to travel light and avoid bringing along unnecessary items.

The Laptop bag does everything a Laptop bag sets out to do. Turns out Linus & Co. really weren't kidding when they kept praising their production quality. So whomever designed this deserves a raise.
There's a clear limitation to this bag that anyone purchasing it will have to accept: it's smol. Putting a tiny Macbook charger into the side panels + pocket book feels like I'm choking the poor thing to death sometimes. Still, it works as it should. I feel the team has found a sweet spot between giving space for me to cram my every belonging inside it and making it a Laptop First bag.
I love the fluffy material and sincerely hope they won't do another free global shipping sale or I might just end up going bankrupt. --But oh well, what can you do.
