Was traveling internationally and the RFID pocket had my passport and wallet in it. Likely due to my clumsiness or some other user issue, the zipper was pushed up under the seam.

Using what tools I had on hand as the plane was boarding, I was unable to retrieve the zipper.

Fortunately, airline staff managed to source a knife (from behind security!) and I was able to cut the zipper open.

Otherwise, the backpack is great. Quite large, but I knew that purchasing it.

Does not fit under the seat of smaller jets when full, though I had the backpack as my only carry-on, so it was never a problem.

Just beware if you have a 2nd carry-on.

The product is just perfect thank you for creating such a good backpack, i have tried for several hours to find a flaw in the design but for me and my needs its just perfect

This bag is amazing, high quality, sturdy, stands up on its own. The only downside is it's just a bit large at the front top. It borderline fits as a personal item as long as you are not tall (like me) and it prevents you from putting your feet comfortably. Unfortunately the commuter bad it just a tad too small to fix my company assigned laptop. So use the larger WAN backpack as my personal item and suffer the feet pain during the flight. I would highly recommend this otherwise, awesome for the regular non flight travel.

Really enjoy the sheer capacity the bag can hold. Makes work a lot easier when I don't have to take out my personal items to make room. It's also been a lifesaver for rainy days, I haven't had to worry about my old Surface Pro 4 getting soaked.

Quality is great and it looks amazing. If anything I'd say it might be too big, but I guess they have the commute backpack if you don't need to carry that much around with you.
Only reason I'm taking one star off is how the store handles orders from the EU. It already processes sales tax, but actually on an expensive item like this they're not supposed to. Apparently their system can't handle this yet. So when it entered my country, I got hit with tax again, as well as some import rights and handling fee of the transporter. On top of that, the transporter/customs only has the stated value on the package to go by... I got this in a sale with a free keyboard, but the package showed the full value of both items so I paid much more tax than anticipated as well as tax on the shipping (which is not the case on lower priced items where the seller handles the tax). LTT paid me back the tax I paid them, but for one I had to contact them for that, and two this made the item quite a bit more expensive than anticipated because I ended up paying so much more taxes than was shown initially.
Obviously LTT is not responsible for EU laws, but they could do a better job of informing EU customers and not charging tax on items they shouldn't.
