Description
We thoughtfully designed the 22 pockets & sleeves for a wide variety of daily uses. This bag can accommodate multiple laptops or tablets, portable game consoles, accessories, and hardware/tools - including a pocket dedicated to the LTT Screwdriver, and a hidden Airtag sleeve near the water bottle sleeve in our vast main storage pocket (we've affectionately called this one the "bag of holding" internally).
All straps & stitches have been reinforced well beyond what an average user would need, including our triple-rivet-reinforced top handle which can hold up to a pull force of 778.6N (175lb or 79kg).
We've aimed for the best possible materials in all aspects. Our main material is a Repreve Polyester with a water-resistant lining which we tested to an AATCC water repellency rating of 80 (spills & light rain will bead on its surface), and - like other materials from Repreve - is made entirely from recycled plastic water bottles. Our zippers are, of course, from the legendary YKK - they're water-resistant across all external pockets & sport standard YKK zipper pulls on all zippered pockets.

Warranty
TMB Guarantee - Limited Lifetime Warranty
We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that the LTT Backpack is free from manufacturing and material defects.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usual and customary life of the LTT Backpack. The manner in which the LTT Backpack is used directly impacts the usual and customary life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts (such as zippers) will also wear.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
- damage caused by rips, cuts or tears;
- normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time);
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers;
- cosmetic damage; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
UPDATE DEC 9 2023: Virtual Double-layer Clause
Originally, our messaging around the backpack claimed an advertised feature of a "dual-layer bottom panel." On December 1, 2023, it was discovered that the production version of this Backpack did not include the dual-layer bottom panel. As such, we have added an additional point of coverage for bags which feature only one layer of material on the bottom panel. In the event that this single-layer bottom panel wears through under normal use, lttstore.com will provide a replacement Backpack upon return of the damaged unit. This clause does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence;
- intentional damage;
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser of the LTT Backpack from LTTStore.com or provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

I wish I could be reviewing the actual backpack, but unfortunately, after two months I still haven’t received the one I ordered.
I placed my order on June 17th with expedited shipping (advertised 3–9 days), but the shipment became stuck in US customs and eventually marked as “returned to sender.” What’s been most disappointing is that I had to chase down the issue myself with USPS and Canada Post. Despite me providing confirmation that the carrier was waiting for LTTStore to fix the customs documentation, the store’s stance was that they couldn’t do anything.
Customer service was a mixed experience:
Early replies came from AI agents, with delayed escalation to humans.
When I finally spoke with a rep, I was first told a replacement would be sent — only for that to be retracted the next day because of stock shortages.
I asked for escalation and tried to resolve the customs problem, but the resolution always circled back to “wait until we restock” or “take a refund.”
The backpack has been out of stock the entire time, and no expedited option was offered, even though my original order included it.
I understand customs issues can be outside the seller’s control, but the lack of proactive communication and the repeated shifting answers left me disappointed. As of now, I’ve spent over two months without the product I paid for, with no clear timeline for resolution.
I still think the backpack itself is probably great — I watch Linus Tech Tips and had high expectations — but the purchase and support experience has been frustrating. If you’re considering buying, be prepared for potential delays and limited recourse if something goes wrong.
This is the best backpack I've ever owned. It actually makes me excited to wear it lol
I bought the backpack for University, where I walk up to 8 miles a day in the heat. The ventilation is as good as It can be on a backpack. I find that my shoulders and neck don't hurt at the end of the day compared to other packs. The mesh straps work great for easy access to my headphone case, though it would be nice to see another row on the other side of the computer pack zipper so anything dangling won't hit my arms or land under the pack when set down. The open side pouch is wonderful for a battery bank and single cable. The front pocket is great for holding all of my USBs and hard drives.
Overall it's a fantastic pack, I recommend it to friends.
This backpack gave me absolutely everything I wanted. It has plenty of slots for more than one laptop/tablet if needed (yes!), has slots. A lot of slots and pockets for various cables, adapters, and other items. An incredibly spacious secondary zipper section for jackets, clothes, boxes, and other items. Lots of padding on the BOTTOM and the sides for laptops/tablets. Feels very rugged and robust. Does not rub on my neck and sits nicely on the back.
Some unexpected, but awesome features:
- Removable chest straps.
- Removable luggage handle strap
- Seats nicely on a table without flopping over, fully-packed or fully unpacked.
- Not top-heavy or awkward on the back, even fully-packed.
Ticky-tacky Complaints:
- An exploded pen in the pen slot makes cleaning out the pen slot very difficult.
- The AirTag slot is completely open, which makes it easy to fall out. A solution would have been to add a simple covering flap, or zipper.
- Screen suede slots should be on both sides, for people who want to flip their devices around.
- One or two extra RFID-blocking slots would have been cool, but can be accomplished with a third-party (Mission Darkness) faraday bags.
Most of my complaints are simple ticky-tacky things, so overall this is awesome and exactly what I've needed!
I ordered once, and it never came, so I let support know, and it kept getting loss, and then they said they will send me it again, and they tried again and it kept getting stuck, but by then the backpack ran out of stock, which they offered me a full refund which I took.
I am pretty happy with support, but annoyed they couldn't get my order to my house, I was lucky enough to be able to snag a backpack off ebay with the tags from someone who acdienttly got an extra backpack so they were selling it.
The backpack is the best I've ever owned, it is so feature and has the perfect slots for all my stuff, I can't wait to use this at school. I love this backpack just upset about the whole shipping situation.
Thank you Linus and the team for perfecting this backpack for years! It's so worth it :)
