Description
We thoughtfully designed the 22 pockets & sleeves for a wide variety of daily uses. This bag can accommodate multiple laptops or tablets, portable game consoles, accessories, and hardware/tools - including a pocket dedicated to the LTT Screwdriver, and a hidden Airtag sleeve near the water bottle sleeve in our vast main storage pocket (we've affectionately called this one the "bag of holding" internally).
All straps & stitches have been reinforced well beyond what an average user would need, including our triple-rivet-reinforced top handle which can hold up to a pull force of 778.6N (175lb or 79kg).
We've aimed for the best possible materials in all aspects. Our main material is a Repreve Polyester with a water-resistant lining which we tested to an AATCC water repellency rating of 80 (spills & light rain will bead on its surface), and - like other materials from Repreve - is made entirely from recycled plastic water bottles. Our zippers are, of course, from the legendary YKK - they're water-resistant across all external pockets & sport standard YKK zipper pulls on all zippered pockets.

We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty that the LTT Backpack is free from manufacturing and material defects.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usual and customary life of the LTT Backpack. The manner in which the LTT Backpack is used directly impacts the usual and customary life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts (such as zippers) will also wear.
The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
- damage caused by rips, cuts or tears;
- normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time);
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers;
- cosmetic damage; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
UPDATE DEC 9 2023: Virtual Double-layer Clause
Originally, our messaging around the backpack claimed an advertised feature of a "dual-layer bottom panel." On December 1, 2023, it was discovered that the production version of this Backpack did not include the dual-layer bottom panel. As such, we have added an additional point of coverage for bags which feature only one layer of material on the bottom panel. In the event that this single-layer bottom panel wears through under normal use, lttstore.com will provide a replacement Backpack upon return of the damaged unit. This clause does not cover:
- damages caused by misuse, abuse, negligence;
- intentional damage;
- products purchased from unauthorized dealers; or
- unauthorized modification or alteration.
In order to make a warranty claim, you must be the original purchaser of the LTT Backpack from LTTStore.com or provide a copy of the original proof of purchase.

I've been wanting this Backpack for a long time, and always put it off due to the cost. Finally had a little extra money and decided to splurge, but so far it has been a nightmare. I'm in the USA, and after watching my package get routed around in weird ways for over 2 weeks, it was finally delivered - In the wrong country! Tracking info shows it left Canada and went to California (I'm not in California so this is just where it went for importing/international). It never left the original location in California, and was routed back to Richmond, British Columbia. A few days later it was marked as delivered in Richmond, in an entirely different country than the delivery address. Mind you, nothing in the tracking indicates it was Undeliverable at my address or that it was returned to sender for some reason, it just says "Delivered - Richmond, BC". I don't directly blame LTT for this, but I'm confused as to how it could have been fully delivered in the wrong country unless something was labeled incorrectly. What I do blame LTT for is the complete lack of a support response. I understand "High ticket volumes" and "Delayed support", but hearing absolutely nothing back for this long after my product was delivered in the wrong country is unacceptable. Maybe this review will finally get someone's attention, and I'd be happy to update it if I ever hear back from support with a satisfactory response. As it is now, I'm not sure I'll ever be ordering from them again, but it depends heavily on how long it takes to hear from their support team and what resolution they provide. Until then, I hope someone else is enjoying the bag I've been looking forward to for a long time, because I'm sure not.
You need some weight in it, or else it's kinda uncomfortable to wear, the shoulder strap padding is solid and needs the weight. Besides that, it's good and sturdy. It's not the best for buying groceries.
My last backpack is one that I bought in high school 7 years ago and needed a new one. LTT backpack pretty much gives Linus Proof for anything inside. So no drop would kill laptops. I use this mainly for commuting and ample laptop storage is good since I sometimes have to carry 3 laptops for work. I can rest assured that no drops or squeeze from overcrowded trains will damage 3 laptops. Also, the size is just good where it is big but is not too big to not fit in a locker. I was amazed by how tight it fit in to my locker.
I sometimes buy groceries on my way home from work, and I usually have some extra clothes on me. Ample padding takes space for carrying groceries, so I can't buy much. To me, too much padding that it takes space is more of a feature than a problem, but I think some people would be annoyed.
I bought the LTT backpack as a bit of a splurge, and it has been nothing short of amazing! I remember being blown away by all the pockets - I’m still figuring out how to fill them. I went from having a backpack that required a pencil case and laptop sleeve to everything having its place. The hidden AirTag holder offers me great peace of mind when I’m out and about. The build quality is excellent (it might be one of the nicer items I own). Overall, I would recommend the backpack - it’s well worth the money.
Unfortunately the LTT Backpack is just a little to small to be the only bag I use when I go out. If it were another 4 inches taller and 4 inches thicker and 3 inches wider it would be perfect.
