Insulated Water Bottle - 21oz

I got the ATLANTIC BLUE and it's the perfect color [colour for you canucks and ukers]
21 oz makes there room for a pint [not quite a liter eh!?] but that would fit too. - with room for some ice.
Stays cold for hours and hours. [ice was still in it the next day a couple of times.
Be nice if it was cabiner style to clip it on my bag, but just add a carbiner and you're off.

Daily driver, literally use this all day everyday for work, home, etc. keeps my drinks cold and super easy to carry around! Thanks LTTstore!

First of all, the water bottle is awesome, which isn't a surprise as someone who has ordered quite a few LTT products at this point. However, the shipping and customer support was a disappointing experience, to the point where I'm not sure if I would order again.

I placed my order on December 4, and I believe the delivery window at that point was quoted as 7-10 days. However, about 2 weeks later, I had yet to receive a shipping notification or any update, so I reached out to the customer service team as this was intended as a Christmas gift. They informed me that per the notice on the website posted on December 8, they could not guarantee that orders would be delivered in time for the holidays. The CS rep apparently missed the disconnect that I had placed my order 4 days before then, but I didn't feel like arguing the point at the time. I finally got a notice from Wizmo that the bottle had been shipped on December 20th, but I didn't see any progress until it was finally received by UPS until December 27, who ended up delivering it on January 4th, a full month after placing the order.

I get that shipping issues happen, and I get that there are limits on the choices of carriers, but a full month to deliver a product is ridiculous, even around the holidays. The response from CS was disappointing as well given that it very much felt like a knee-jerk canned response without actually looking at the specifics of the order. I've had long lead times on shipping with prior orders as well, but they were never this long and they weren't as time sensitive.

As much as I love the quality of the products, you guys need to do better with the shipping and to a lesser extent the customer service - the experience is a complete package, and you're missing a critical part of it.

This is our second one in this house because my 13 month old just LOVES her dad's water bottle! We upgraded his to the fresh new one and little girlfriend got the older bottle. Let me tell you, this water bottle has HELD. UP. If you are looking for a water bottle that will withstand drops, throws, repeated bangs against the floor, and double as a drum when paired with a rattle, then this is the water bottle for you!

P.S. (My husband reports that the bottle is great at keeping water cold and loves the screw top lid. He did drop it once and the lid broke a bit but it's still usable. Easily his favorite bottle he's had).
