any tracking information i have been given has that it's still not shipped and to my knowledge it hasn't even been packed. tracking says label to be created by company. communication is appalling, and from a tech company unacceptable.

I really like it so far. Rarely see water bottles this big in regular stores and the quality is very high. I especially like that the silicone gaskets are easily removable, makes it so easy to maintain.

Not much else to say. Glad they reinforced the lid, that broke so easily. Wish they still had the capacitor version, I dropped that one too many times and the bottom band cracked. I wouldn’t consider it the bottle’s fault though. Still meaning to contact support about it to see if anything can be done…. Support, if you see this hit me up :p

The 21oz waterbottle is just as awesome as the 40oz, except it actually fits in my car's normal sized cup holders! (A real advantage on my 6h drive to visit family) The only disadvantage of the 21oz is having to refill it more often than the 40oz.
I appreciate how easy the included V2 lid is to wash as well. That is a nice bonus compared to my original 40oz with V1 lid. I do hope to eventually have an option to purchase a nice straw lid, so I'm not tipping back the 21oz in the car. If it's truly a reusable water bottle that lasts a lifetime, I'd rather not have to buy 3 different life-long bottles based on what application I'm using it in. Maybe just different lid designs?
