Worst customer service I’ve had the displeasure of working with. In the past I’ve enjoyed LTT products but never needed CS. This experience has put an extraordinarily sour taste in my mouth to the point I may never purchase again. This all happened before any warnings were put up. I wouldn’t have purchased if there had been. I was quoted and paid for 3-9 day shipping. I needed it as a gift before Christmas. The order was place 17 days before I needed it. On day 12 when it still didn’t show signs of moving I contacted CS to cancel and get refunded. They said they’d look into it. A few days later I had to reach out again and all they said is can’t it’s been shipped. They used FedEx to ship they most definitely can reroute the package back to them, my company needs to reroute with them frequently. The package showed up a month after I placed the order when I should have been able to have 4-10 deliveries in the same timeframe. CS did nothing and the product is useless now and I don’t want it. When I pay for a service I expect that service to accomplish around the promised time frame, even a few days after would have been acceptable, not take 4x longer than the max promised time frame. If you don’t have to deal with their CS you might enjoy the product. If you deal with their CS you’ll likely find no CS would do just as good of job as them.

I have other brands of insulated water bottles, they're basically the same, just variations in the dimension and bottle cap.
I bought this during Black Friday deal, so price is really comparable to other cheaper brands, almost 1 to 1.
I don't recommend buying full price as it means that a comparable insulated water bottle is 1/2 the price with the same quality.
