Cargo Pants

There is a disparity between the original Iron pants and the new colors that came later. The waistband doesn't have the same elastic stretch as the original. The new pants are no where near as comfortable.

Also, both designs are plagued by the material being extremely loud to walk around in. Think trash bag levels of noise. Not always a problem, but sometimes it is awkward.

Also, I live in a hotter more humid climate. These pants do not breathe. They can get quite warm. This might be a benefit depending on your needs.

I bought when first came out and the size 36 would be super snug on my thigh but very loose around the waist and would slide down even with a belt. However, I liked the pockets especially the small slide pocket with the larger one next to it I can slip a phone into.

However, when I got the blue ones it was way looser on my thighs so I thought maybe they didnt fit and I overthought it and got a smaller size since they slide down

They weren't comfy though so I got some in 38 and to prevent the sliding they do even with a belt I now wear suspenders with them

Physical IT work so lots of Rack clean ups on a daily basis.

Got it to replace my usual workwear from a generic workwear shop which usually last me ~12 months a pair when used daily (Mon-Fri).
The generic is very cheap at 70$ compared to 140$ (Obviously doesn't account for the massive gap in pocket count, so review is mainly from a longevity and toughness perspective)

Photos are also about after ~12 months of daily use for 1 pair, washed 1-2 times a week.

They are as tough as a traditional workwear which is a bit disappointing, as I was expecting a bit better toughness.
Fabric is fabric in the end of the day.

Pros:
- Heaps of pockets (I fill most of them up and end up with 3kg worth of tools and things in them)
- Zippers & Button is good, no issues
- Belt loop survived, on standard workwear 1 usually give out cause I dangle keys off them.

Cons:
- Screwdriver pocket got multiple holes after about 3mo (Got ltt screwdriver, and never placed it with screws in)
- Knees tore fist after about 6mo. It's double layered, but once it rips it's quite hard to remove the ripped layer.
- Backside pocket also got holes from my wallet after 8mo
*these cons have happened to all my pants, so just pointing them out.

Overall, good pants with overkill pockets which I love!
But paying double for extra pockets alone is rough, when the material/build quality is standard.

The cargo pants are really nice and really comfortable. However a hole had already began to appear in the crotch and I’ve only owned them for 9 months. This is really disappointing considering the price.

I bought the grey version of these pants initially and they fit me so perfectly that I bought the 2 additional color waves immediately when they released. The only reason I'm giving these 4/5 is because the elastic waist band on these 2 new color waves are not as stretchy as the original grey ones unfortunately. They fit okay but tend to slide down a lot more when crouching than the grey ones unfortunately. Still quality materials, though, and love all the pocket access it offers me.
