The construction and materials feel as high quality as I expected. This is rhe first backpack where the internal pockets actually feel like they are useful beyond another spot to dump random items that will fit but not stay in play if the backpack tips over. I am able to fit my 15.7” work laptop and my personal Surface Pro 6 in the laptop compartment, and all the standard accessories and cables i would want on any given day, with room to spare.

I love it! Perfect size for a daily bag. It's practical and confortable, it holds a lot and the build quality is there. I truly believe it will last a long time, even when used daily.
The only improvements I'd make are:
- Add drains to the side pockets so if a bottle leaks or if you store your wet umbrella, the water can drain.
- The straps tends to get loose while wearing it. I often have to adjust it while commuting.
A way I found to reduce this, is by lowering the plastic strap keeper to the lowest I can. Since it's hard to move it, it helps preventing the backpack strap from loosing up.

The quality is great, I don't forsee any issues there. The materials are study and it's well made. It's comfortable to wear when fully loaded.

I gave it 4 stars based on some of the design. I used it for a two week trip recently and there were some annoyances.

The hidden pocket on the back is very difficult to open, even worse when there is anything in there. For tax free shopping abroad, you have to show your passport, so regularly trying to get it out of there was a pain. I ended up using the side pockets instead, but it felt less protected from getting damaged in those pockets. You would have a hard time putting a wallet or something thicker than a passport in the back pocket.

The screwdriver pocket is not very useful for me. I don't own the LTT screwdriver. Even if I did, it wouldn't have a permanent spot in my backpack. I get that they are trying to do something cool and play into the LTTStore ecosystem, but I can't really think of anything else to use it for.

The backpack itself doesn't really compress much. The size is the size, even when it's empty. This meant it couldn't fit in certain nooks on planes and trains, you just had to deal with it.

Many of the internal pockets are hard to access when there are other things in the backpack. This is for both just accessing the opening itself or getting your hand in there to get something out can be really tight. I found myself using the sunglasses pocket a lot, but not for sunglasses, due to the easy access that didn't seem to interfere with anything else in the backpack.

But beyond those minor things, it performed well. I mainly bought it because it looked like it would hold a lot, be comfortable while doing so, and not fall apart. It met all of those criteria.

I love this bag. Nothing bad at all. Perfect for my laptop, mouse, lunch, cables, headphones. It fits everything with ease.

I fly a lot and have a closer full of suitcases, carryon bags and backpacks and it’s difficult to find quality makers. THIS bag is quality, I may not make it down into a coal mine but I do put mine through its fair share of punishment and it’s tough while still being lite and having tons of functionality.
