My Use Cases: Transport items I need for 2 jobs—not all the items I needed at once, just so it could be a versatile option. For one job it needed to fit Inside of a locker at my retail job. For another, it needed to fit all my stuff for my library job — notebooks, pens, relevant books for research, etc.

Locker dimensions:
- About 14 inches long/deep
- 11.5 inches wide
- About 11.5 tall, but closer to 12 inches (a little less than 12 inches)

This bag fulfills those requirements: 1. The material of the bag is sturdy yet flexible enough to scrunch into that size locker, and 2. It allows me to carry those pens and notebooks — along with two toiletry bags (one for snacks, the other for any feminine or medication products I might need for the day).

The bag itself is great and a good alternative to the larger backpack. I would say two cons of this backpack are the zipper pulls and that if you put the LTT 40 oz bottle, the bag just falls over. For the interior zippers, the feel of the pulls are quite small my hand isn't even that big, but the zipper pulls feel small, and harder to grab than the exterior ones.

Note: This is in reference to the zipper *pulls* not the zipper track, that seems very high quality and feels like the stitching will hold up.

Overall, the zipper pulls on the interior (and especially exterior) when compared to the bigger backpack (that my brother happens to have), doesn't feel as sturdy, which is disappointing.

As for the bag tipping over when you put the full 40 oz bottle, it becomes annoying in smaller spaces where you hope it stays upright (say bathroom stall size places), or if you're trying not to trip on it. Without the water bottle the bag stays upright perfectly fine.

Also, the bag is still high quality—don't get me wrong, just know that there are some drawbacks.

P.S. A rain cover for this bag (like the bigger backpack version) would be great for more rainy climates for that extra protection! :)

I have wanted this bag for ages and took the leap when the free shipping over $150 promo took place (UK), I also bought a bottle, love them both!

Pros - I am a diabetic, not so pro. Fortunately, my two VIVI Cap insulin pen coolers fit in the screwdriver pocket, making traveling with my insulin so much easier. There are so many pockets I don't know what to do with them! The bag does fit under airplane seats nicely. Those grippers on the straps are great if you don't like them getting in the way

Cons - The bag has started to lose its shape on the clamshell opening. I think this is due to the size of the water bottle (1.18L) deforming it. While its not a big deal I can see some people disliking it once the shape isn't the same as when you first pull it out the packaging. I would not recommend keeping the bottle in the pocket, as I also believe this might over do the elastic on the holder(s). The zipper on the hidden RFID pocket can be difficult to grip if it tucks itself away, making it an absolute pain if you need to get something out of their in a hurry.

While these are minor complaints/issues I do still love the product(s) and the updates/support I received when there were some logistic issues around the time.

I want to give 4.9 stars, this backpack is so awesome.
First the good stuff. I drive a truck and often toss my bag in the bed. It often is a little dusty, and can get things a little dirty. However this backpack cleans super easy with just a wet rag. The bag storage is amazing and holds almost everything I want to put in it. It is comfortable and handles my walks and commute. The support pads on the straps help my back breath and not get as sweaty as other bags. The water bottle holders are amazing and hold everything I need, and act as a quick little storage spot.

The big things for me, is the bag does not fit some of the items I need to carry for job, I carry a lot DIMMs. The other thing I don't love is in the main compartment, it can be hard to get to things at the bottom of the bag.

Overall this bag is amazing, and while it is pricey I think this bag is going to be able to withstand my plans for the foreseeable future!

This backpack so far has met all my expectations with a solid amount of pockets and storage spaces for everything, the only thing I would change about it is a folder storage space to separate folders and books

My partner bought me the traditional LTT backpack for x-mas last year. She loved everything about it, but said it was just a bit too big for her. As soon as she heard about the commuter, I had to get one for her! Its PERFECT.
