stitching issues but resolved by CS

Bought this backpack during Lime Day Sale. Upon arrival, noticed that there were some loose strands and sitting issues around the bag. Emailed CS resolved within 1 week. Amazing Service.

Near Perfect

I picked this up as my old daily bag was beginning to fall apart and I was extremely interested in the layout of the bag and I have to say it delivered in terms of protection, storage, and the layout is amazingly thoughtful! (great as I carry both a tablet and laptop + gym clothes)

The only fault I have had with the bag has been related to the carrying straps. I'm not sure what it is, but it's hard to get a comfortable position with the bag and they do not seem to hold length properly.

100% recommend the purchase to anyone looking.

Great MidSize Bag

I have the full size LTT Back pack and it can be a bit much to lug around all the time especially when I am not travelling. So as a daily commuter I definitely find the Commuter back pack much easier to carry just the essentials plus a few extra creature comforts without the ginormous bag to lug around. I find this bag suits me well and for reference I'm 6 ft tall but I've also tried it on shorter friends and family (about 5'2 to 5'8) and it fits them nicely. Might be too big for a child less than 10years of age though but definitely a decent bag for techie teenagers and above.

great, but slightly overhyped (a few small issues)

this is a good backpack, for context I don't often get "higher end" backpacks like this one but in the time I've used it it seems good quality. The main flaw I feel is if you're a big LTT fan you may have been slightly overhyped. My first initial disappointment is the plastic zipper handles, I've had no issues but they just feel very plastic-y and I feel as though through years of use that would be the first thing to fail (I understand this was explicitly mentioned as a cost cutting thing but feels bad given the high price of the backpack yk). This is made worse by the fact that I've found sometimes zipping the laptop pocket all the way up can be difficult even when I wouldn't think the pocket is full or anything. There seems to be a specific spot about half way up the sides on both sides where it catches and needs some force to get past. I've checked its not catching on the internal fabric and all I have in there is a 13" laptop, 2 small paperback books and a couple cables so hardly what I'd expect the limit of that pocket should be. Also since it is a slightly harder frame I've felt a bit disappointed by the amount of horizontal space in the bag, it can go very deep and hold a lot of things that way but if you want to hold things that are wider that is much harder for this backpack. That being said I've not had many issues with space even though I migrated from a larger backpack (the internal pockets have the same vertical focus btw fitting anything that isn't thin wont happen). I think the space will be very satisfactory if you follow the content on the storepage but especially coming from the og backpack's review on youtube where they said you can essentially hold everything and the kitchen sink. But depending on what you want to bring this backpack is still extremely spacious and a great pick. Another thing mentioned in the short circuit discussion is the attempt to make it not hold sweat as much this has been kinda disappointing to me but I think its just down to physics and the fact that any padding will hold some amount of water in it. Its not horrible by any means but given it was specifically mentioned I was disappointed to still find it a little moist and gross when using with sweat involved especially coming from a backpack with less padding that didn't have that issue. Also as a person who often doesn't have pockets in their clothes it would have been nice to have a dedicated exterior pocket that fit my phone for quick access rather then at the bottom of one of the big pockets, if you aren't a glasses person and your phone isn't massive it could fit in that pocket perhaps but I've been using the passport compartment which has been nice except that especially when things get a bit sweatier my phone gets false presses and as I'm listening to music I can hear it trying to emergency dial pressing random numbers or pausing/skipping my music which is just a small annoyance especially for us women who may rely on it more to hold our phones. . The other nitpick is even smaller but the little video on the storepage when discussing water resistance makes the fabric seem downright hyrdophobic which is of course too good to be true, I've had no issues with water with this backpack but the exterior will be a little damp to the touch after being in rain but your contents are very safe. Although I noticed in the last rainy period that specifically my glasses compartment was damp, none of the contents got wet but the microfibre cloth felt a bit wet so warning their if you want to put anything sensitive to water in their during a big rain. The final thing I can think of to mention as a negative is that as a fellow #short person like Linus I was disappointent that as far as I can figure out the straps I need to tighten them further then they can be held in order for it to fight right on my back meaning I have to pull the strings till they're dangling and where they will loosen over time meaning I'm constantly adjusting them. If you're also a shorter human that might be worth considering if it would bother you. Overall this is a short list of things to complain about and I'm very happy with the product so far I just think it is a touch overhyped by LTT on the youtube end it isn't perfect but its still awesome

Great backpack

I was a little anxious buying a backpack sight unseen, but this little guy has been awesome. I can fit my M1 MacBook Pro and my 12.9" iPad in the laptop sleeve with my Kindle in the tablet pocket. In the large area, I have a set of over-the-ear headphones, a hardbound journal book, and an assortment of pens. I keep my earplugs in the top front pocket. I've traveled with a Switch 2 and SteamDeck in the large pocket. I would 100% recommend this bag!
