A backpack for workers.

I have used this backpack daily for my work as an Air Traffic Control Engineer for over a month now. It carries all my tools and work equipment that I need everyday.
It is well built and sturdy with plentiful pockets inside for lots of small items.
Unfortunately I can't quite squeeze my personal Asus Zephyrus Duo laptop in the laptop sleeve but it does fit my HP Z book 16 in snugly.

I have yet to try this laptop out for travelling but I have my doubts on its capabilities on storing clothes and travel essentials due to how much room is used up on the pouches and pockets.

Referring back to the build quality of the backpack, in some aspects how well built it is reduces the capacity of it as it may not be as flexible or malleable as an inferior backpack. Because of the thick walls and quality zippers it means I can't jam my Asus laptop in like I would normally be able to on an inferior built backpack.

On another note, I find the rear compartment useful for hand tools in the elastic pouches and the front compartment useful for larger items that need accessed more frequently. The bottle holder fits the middle sized LTT waterbottle perfectly and although it doesn't feel like a secure fit, it's never fallen out or come loose at any point.
The sunglasses pouch I use for my security pass and is perfectly sized for it meaning I'll never forget my pass ever again.

It's comfortable to wear and carry thanks to the padded straps and handles and have never regretted buying it.
Overall a great backpack that meets my expectations and for it's size, extremely practical.

It never arrived. Post sales support is really bad.

I have now spent almost two months dealing with support to get a refund, which I don't have yet. Order placed early April, it's now early June. 'Ship'storm sale, aptly named as my experience has been a 'ship'show. The total buy was around US$350 which is not a small amount for me.
Looking at the other 1-stars I see I am not the only one with post-sales issues. So, to my review;

It's only a one, coz I can't rate them zero.

Worst post-sales support I have ever encountered.

AI generated responses, and a week between human replies once I got past those.

Issued a tracking number that didn't work.

Re-issued a tracking number 4 weeks after the first that never got a history of ever being a physical parcel. Needless to say, that one didn't work either.

Only got an actual 'we'll look in to it' update when I said I wanted a refund coz for my point of view it was never shipped.

Only issued an actual 'Oh, it's lost. We'll get you a refund' response once I said I was unhappy with their response and would proceed with a fraudulent transaction claim.

Let's see if I get ghosted, or if the refund comes thru.

"Trust Me Bro" is a lie. I no longer consume LTT content over this.

If I did this in my job, I'd be fired. And I would feel like I deserved it.

Solid, complete backpack!

I love it! It has been my daily driver for work, bringing my laptop and keyboard with me and I've been loving it. I especially like the waterbottle holders as on my previous backpack the water bottle holders would sometimes be difficult to use when the backpack was very full.

Small and tight but good quality

After problems in shipping I finally received the backbag. Been using it for couple of weeks as a bag to haul my work-related stuff. As of writing I unfortunately haven't yet haf a chance to go to work on a bike, so I can't yet review it in the use I specifically wanted it for.
The bag itself feels very well built and of high quality. It is, however, very tight and small for its' size. I don't carry a lot of stuff with me but I'm having hard time to get everything with me to work. I have a 14" laptop with accessories and my XM4's. I barely can fit a small container with my morning oatmeal let alone anything bigger I might need with me. I can't really fit any useable sizes notebooks or printed layout schematics folded in the bag.

I think every small pouch and pocket is far too tight to be able to put anything in them without having to fear for tearing them. All my cables pretty much have to be just thrown in the main compartments so I can actually get them in and out even somehow.

Living in Finland I would like to have a jacket or a hoodie with me even in summer but I find it pretty unlikely I could actually fit anything like that in the bag with me. Might have to look in to some straps I could secure my jacket/hoodie with on the outside in case of rain or cold weather.

And now that Switch 2 is coming out, I have already given up hope of taking that with me to work in this bag.

A great backpack but with some caviats

TL;DR Backpack great, shipping… not so much.

The backpack itself is great. It can house all of my items and is really comfortable. It sadly is a bit on the tight side for my 16” Ideapad but still fits.
However there are a few things that I find just a little frustrating. First being some loose threads on the exterior which in of itself is not a huge deal but for backpack this expensive I would have expected not see that.
The other big thing was shipping. To say that the process went rather bumpy would be an understatement. I ordered it at the start of the April but only received it at the very end of May. I know that this is not particularly fault on LTT’s side and the shipping was to Europe in times of very complicated geopolitical situation, however choice of shipping partners is still up to them. The shipment was actually sent out only a month after the order after it was shown on the provided tracking number that it was cancelled. When it finally started moving and arrived in the country one of the shippers that was used in the process had messed up the phone number so the package was not delivered. I had to manually contact the postal service and resolve the issue because if I hadn’t noticed that there had been a problem it would have been shipped all the way back.

Overall I am very satisfied with my order however the shipping needs to be dramatically improved for me to recommend anyone in Europe to order.
