I have always been on the fence about spending more than $100 on a backpack, or any if the higher priced items from LTT for that matter But man, as soon as I took the commuter bag out if the box, I instantly understood why it has the price tag that it does. This thing is S tier quality, from the stitches to the clips, every piece of it feels premium. I wear it about 2-3 hours a day, and thanks to the generous amount of padding on the back and on the shoulder straps, I don't feel fatigue or pressure in any particular area, and thats with roughly 20 freedom pounds of gear in it at any given time. The lining of the device pockets guve me confidence that my tablet and laptop are safe and snug while I scoot around town, and the second compartment has enough space for whatever you might need to lug around.
Aside from the main features, the little details really help make me feel like I got my moneys worth. 2 security pockets, 4 loops for keyrings, a magnetic pocket clasp, a sunglasses pocket that won't scratch my sunglasses, and 2 bottle holders.
After buying this bag, I have a lot of confidence in spending my money on LTT products. They are clearly designed by people who understand whats important to a consumer, and they do not skimp on materials.

Great backpack, even for traveling. I've used it everywhere, from trains to buses to planes, even in concert venues. It's a comfortable backpack with easily accessible pockets and compartments. Despite its size, it can carry a surprising amount of items.

I had the original LLT bag for over a year. It is a great bag, but much bigger than what I needed for just going to and from work. This is definitely the size for daily use. The quality is great and you can tell that a lot of thought went into the interior pockets.

Just left University to start a new job as an AirTraffic Controller and needed a new bag to carry my headset and laptops. The bag easily fits my 2 laptops and chargers with plenty of room for lunch and a bulky headset.

After a couple months of use I generally like the build quality, materials, and look of the backpack. There are a few things that really annoy me about it though.
1. The passport pocket zipper is waaaay too prone to getting stuck. I just tried using it on a trip and every time I opened it the zipper flap got jammed in the bottom an I had to fiddle with it a bunch to get it open.
2. The laptop pocket was a little too small to fit my 15 inch laptop. I know that max dimensions were mentioned in the product details but it seems like its so close. A tiny bit more space and it seems like it should be able to accommodate virtually all 15 inch laptops... an old more compact bag I had can fit mine so it seems like it should be possible.
3. It would be nice if the side pocket had some sort of tension to keep stuff in. I have a slimmer water bottle and is slips right out all the time. I don't feel confident keeping stuff in there for concern of losing stuff.
4. This is minor but the padding and straps weren't as comfortable as I had thought. It isn't bad but when the bag is filled the straps can dig in quite a bit.
Despite the complaints, I still like it and will keep using it.
