The bag itself is fantastic. Perfect storage amount and size for an office backpack. Well thought out and usable storage (love the elastic pockets. And it honestly look great!). My big gripe is the quality, in the 1st week one of my zipper pulls fell off and I just thought it was a fluke. A week later 3 more came off also. When looking at the issue the zippers were not pressed to keep the zipper pulls from falling off. I was able to use pliers to fix 3 of them but, 1 had also been lost. In the end great bag over all but QC is lacking. If you don’t mind doing a little post delivery QC and touch ups this is a great bag!

Very nice bag

Although I’ve only had this backpack for a little over a month, it already feels like an everyday essential I’ve been using for years. I’ve taken it to school, studied with it at cafés, and even brought it with me on a recent trip to Japan—and the experience has been phenomenal.

From the start, I could tell how much thoughtful engineering went into its design, and that attention to detail translates directly to the user experience. I really like how the backpack keeps its shape even when it’s not fully loaded. Not only does this give it a clean, unique look compared to other backpacks, but it also makes taking items in and out much easier. The fact that it generally stays upright is another huge plus for convenience.

The organizational features are excellent as well. I especially like how the water bottle pocket doubles as a zippered pocket when needed. The hidden passport pocket came in handy while traveling, though it was VERY tight to use. The suitcase strap was also a lifesaver on my trip—combined with the structured design and upright stance, it made navigating airports much easier.

The tech section at the back is one of my favorite features. It securely holds my laptop, keeps my chargers and SSDs neatly organized, and the microfiber sleeve gives me peace of mind when carrying my iPad. The organizational compartments in the front section is great for smaller essentials like pens, post-its, and sunscreen. However the actual front compartment is a bit tight at times. For example, fitting a textbook, pencil case, and other books together can be a bit awkward. Another minor gripe is that the front flap usually needs to be fully unzipped to access items at the bottom, since it doesn’t fold halfway very well.

That said, the waterproof zippers, overall aesthetic, and durability more than make up for these small drawbacks. For me, this backpack is about 90% perfect. I can easily see myself using it as my daily carry for years to come. It strikes a great balance between functionality, design, and price, and I truly appreciate all the thought and future-proofing that went into it.
