The manner in which the Commuter Backpack is used directly impacts the usual and customary life of the product, as materials will deteriorate and fade over time and moving parts (such as zippers) will also wear.

The Limited Lifetime Warranty does not cover:

  • damages caused by misuse, abuse, or by accident or negligence;
  • damage caused by rips, cuts or tears;
  • normal wear and tear (including the breakdown of materials over time);
  • products purchased from unauthorized dealers;
  • cosmetic damage; or
  • unauthorized modification or alteration.

Almost was perfect

I want to give 4.9 stars, this backpack is so awesome.
First the good stuff. I drive a truck and often toss my bag in the bed. It often is a little dusty, and can get things a little dirty. However this backpack cleans super easy with just a wet rag. The bag storage is amazing and holds almost everything I want to put in it. It is comfortable and handles my walks and commute. The support pads on the straps help my back breath and not get as sweaty as other bags. The water bottle holders are amazing and hold everything I need, and act as a quick little storage spot.

The big things for me, is the bag does not fit some of the items I need to carry for job, I carry a lot DIMMs. The other thing I don't love is in the main compartment, it can be hard to get to things at the bottom of the bag.

Overall this bag is amazing, and while it is pricey I think this bag is going to be able to withstand my plans for the foreseeable future!

This backpack so far has met all my expectations with a solid amount of pockets and storage spaces for everything, the only thing I would change about it is a folder storage space to separate folders and books

So good I bought one for my partner!

My partner bought me the traditional LTT backpack for x-mas last year. She loved everything about it, but said it was just a bit too big for her. As soon as she heard about the commuter, I had to get one for her! Its PERFECT.

Best Bag I've Found

This is without a doubt the perfect bag for taking into the office.

A few of the things I love about it:
1) I am able to fit both my laptop and tablet in the laptop compartment
2) I am able to have a large water bottle in the sides and not worry about it sliding out. Water bottle holders are an after thought on most bags.
3) The sunglasses pouch is the perfect size for my sunglasses and ear buds.
4) The padding on the shoulder straps is perfect and the ability to remove the cross chest clip is clutch.

My one tiny nitpick (docking 0.1 points out of 10), the length of the fabric for the keychain clamp isnt long enough for my liking. Makes it a little difficult to get my keys in the clamp when I'm on the go.

Like I said it's 9.9 out of 10 for me so would highly recommend. My favorite LTT product remains the scribedriver though. Always order extras with every LTT order.

Great little pack

I got this with the intent to downsize my daily carry pack. Good layout and features. Pleased with how easy it is to push my (not LTT) water bottle into the side pocket. Something I do often so its nice to be able to without having to hold it open. It fits my tech sack and thermos inside with some room to spare.

A feature I really like and that I don't think people point out often is just how well the the material holds its shape. The pack will absolutely keep its shape when put down, even with all compartments unzipped. It makes it easy to load things in.

Only complaint is that the shoulder strap material could be longer. The overall shoulder strap is long enough but the padded material is a bit too short when extending the straps. The buckles end up on the front of my shoulders instead somewhere under my arms where they should be. I am a 6'6" 230lbs guy so there is that..
