I ordered the backpack on April 18th, it was shipped on April 29th and finally arrived here in Germany on May 23rd. So little over a month, but totally worth it. Here are my thoughts after 4 weeks of almost everyday use:

There is more space inside than I anticipated and it holds its shape very well, even when empty. There are so many pockets inside, it actually took a while for me to get used to all of them being there and remembering where I put my things. Using them the first time was a little tricky because they are pretty tight, but over time I became used to how to handle them. It gets easier when you fully open the outer zippers but can be a hassle if you just open them a little - for privacy reasons, for example. The layout is thought-out well and works, as long as you use it primarily for tech. I would not use this to bring books and notebooks to school.
Also, no matter how full or empty, it pretty much always manages to stay upright, which is probably one of the things I love most about this backpack.

The quality of the stitching and the material is superb (while feeling a little plastic-y). I encountered very heavy rain by accident once and everything inside was kept completely dry. That makes it also easy to clean, by just going over any dirty spot with a wet cloth. The "microsuede" in the tablet slot and glasses pocket feels great and I kind of wished for the whole inside to be that material, but I guess for cost the polyester is fine. I feels pretty thick and durable anyways.

The shape of this backpack is pretty unique, at least compared to the backpacks I see here in Germany. I've been asked one or twice by my colleagues "what an unusual backpack" I have upon closer inspection. However, the shape contributes to the ease of use and the minimal branding and sleek look make it pretty much unnoticable in every-day public transit.
The padded shoulder straps and back make this very comfortable to wear, even in high temperatures. The metal hardware is a nice touch.

Overall a great buy, even for the price. The overall build-quality and layout makes me feel that this will be part of my life for quite a while.

As of writing this review, its past 45 days since i've place the order.
I tried contacting customer support and didn't get a replay, only an automatic "AI" replay was made and I asked for a human replay (10 days have past since).
The last tracking update was a month ago.
I got an email from LTTStore that says: "We fulfilled your order from our store LTTStore" - they didn't.
Disclaimer: I don't think the backpack is bad, I just didn't get it and got no support.

I've been using the bag almost everyday for work and other places for the last month and I've been loving it! My only complaint that made me knock it down one star is the fact that the water bottle pockets on the side don't really hold a 40 oz water very well bottle like you guys advertise. My bottle, that isn't an LTT bottle, doesn't fit all the way into the pocket and will fall out every easily. Other than that, it's a great everyday bag!

It took about a month and a bit for it to arrive in Romania but after having it with me at work for almost 2 months now I can say it's a solid backpack for my use case.

I mostly use it to carry my tablet, bit set, powerbank, wires and wallet from my personal car to my work van so 50% of its life it's sitting on a cars right seat and the other 50% it stays dropped in from of my couch on the floor so it's not the harshest environment but I can't say I don't trow it around without worry for my tablet or other stuff inside since I'm chucking it every time I take it off and nothing broke yet.

I have to admit it's a bit heavy and rigid but the fact that it stays up when you out it down it's a plus, and it shows no signs of wear of any kind to a point that if I clean it I couldn't tell de difference between it and a new one at first glance.

The way it's organised it's really nice, love the glasses spot for moving my sunglasses from one car to the other since before I kept forgetting them in either car, and the mesh pockets are really nice (the ones in the main compartment are a bit tight but all my tools fit in them so I'm happy).

Can't really speak for how heavy rain is gonna affect it since the most it saw was 50m from my car to the door in a wicked downpour and all water shook off it.

For the money and my use case I'm pretty pleased as long as it last a decently long time without major wear and tear or something breaking since I'm not pushing any features in the slightest so it should last a long time.

Loved the backpack a lot. It fits a lot, and the design is great and feels sturdy. The workmanship was great, and the design was thoughtful. Thank you Linus and Team!
