I've yet to receive an item that I've ordered from LTT / CW that wasn't absolutely fantastic. No complaints about product quality whatsoever andI wouldn't hesitate to recommend LTT / CW products to anyone.
Customer Service is a *let down*, though.
Deliveries usually take a month from Canada to the UK, which is fine, I don't mind. Delivery charges are fairly high so it's better to make purchases in one go rather than individually (difficult at times due to the nature of LTT 'limited time' product runs), but I don't mind this either.
What I do mind is the faulty tracking system that LTT employ. It never works. You receive an email saying "your order has dispatched" and a link to their tracking provided by Wizmo, which *always* reports 'Error'. Even on the eventual day of delivery, it still says nothing but 'Error'.
If you try and enquire from Customer Services what's going on, you'll eventually receive an email response that says not much more than "wait for 6 weeks after the dispatch date, and if its still not with you, contact us then".
How about you just fix the tracking system and then people won't *need* to keep contacting you just to find out where their orders are? It's not a good customer experience to be gaslighted by a rep for reaching out 'unnecessarily' when the reason for reaching out in the first place is because of a failure within LTT Stores processes!
But the products ARE first rate. I have four hoodies, four t-shirts, two screwdrivers and several other smaller bits and bobs, and have been very happy with all of them.
