ELIGIBILITY

This giveaway (“Promotion”) is open to legal residents worldwide who are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in their country of residence) at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of Creator Warehouse or Linus Media Group, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local laws regarding contests and giveaways.

This Promotion is void where prohibited by law, including (but not limited to) Quebec (Canada), Italy, France, Germany, Belgium, Brazil, Mexico, India, China, Russia, Belarus, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and Turkey, as well as any other jurisdictions that restrict chance-based promotions or require local registration, bonding, or approval.

HOW TO ENTER (US)

To enter, make a purchase totaling $100 USD or more on lttstore.com during the Promotion Period. Each qualifying purchase automatically counts as one (1) entry into the giveaway. No other form of entry is accepted.

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person per day. Multiple entries received in a single day will be void.

PROMOTION PERIOD

The giveaway begins at 12:00 AM PST on November 6, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM PST on November 26, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside of this time frame will not be eligible. Physical entries must be postmarked by November 26, 2025, to count.

PRIZE
Approximately one (1) in every ten (10) qualifying orders is expected to win a pair of Sennheiser HD 550 headphones, and approximately one (1) in every one hundred (100) qualifying orders is expected to win an ASUS ROG Xbox Ally X.

Prizes will be randomly distributed among eligible entries during the Promotion Period. All prizes will be shipped separately from any qualifying purchase orders once winners have been confirmed. Winners who enter through mail will be contacted via the provided email address to arrange prize shipment.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash or credit. Winners are responsible for any taxes, customs, import duties, or fees associated with receiving the prize in their country. Creator Warehouse reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

• Approximately one (1) in every ten (10) qualifying orders will be randomly selected as a winner. Winners will be drawn on December 12, 2025. Winners will be notified via the email address associated with their order confirmation. Winners will be randomly drawn to match the number of prizes awarded to purchase entrants and will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw date.

To be declared a winner, selected entrants must:

1. Respond to the notification within 7 business days,

2. Correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question if required under Canadian law, and

3. Complete and return a declaration and release form if requested.

If a selected entrant cannot be contacted, fails to respond, or does not meet all requirements, another entrant will be selected.

PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with this giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Creator Warehouse reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in the event of fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond its control. Creator Warehouse is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries or any other technical issues. Participation is subject to all applicable local laws. Participants are responsible for compliance with any local legal requirements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By participating, entrants agree that Creator Warehouse, its affiliates, and their employees are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in this promotion or acceptance of the prize.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of British Columbia. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in British Columbia, Canada, to the extent permitted by local laws in the entrant’s country.
